Renewable Energies have the better: Biomass joins our Business

On March 2016, Expediting & Inspection Management signed a frame agreement with Plantec Engineering for MiniBio Larderello Project, the first EGP Gasification Solid Biomass Power Plants: the 4 plants, 288 kWel each, are being built in Italy, Tuscany – in the locations of Monterotondo Marittimo, Monteverdi, Montieri and Pomarance.

The biomass fed to the power plants is gasified, with dry technology for two sites and wet technology for the other two: the produced gas, which is cleaner with respect to the original biomass, is burnt to produce both electric power and heat by means of a cogenerative engine.

Expediting & Inspection Management has been appointed to manage Expediting and Inspection Activities, Material Coordination, Site Supervision, Document Controlling and preparation of Quality Book.
