PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Project Manager:
- Achieves project objectives
- Represents Client's or Organisation's interests
- Carries out risk assessment
- Makes sure that all the aims of the project are met
- Makes sure that the quality standards are met
- Monitors Sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained
- Oversees the accounting, costing and billing
Project Engineer:
- Prepares, schedules, coordinates and monitors the assigned engineering projects
- Monitors compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
- Interacts daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represents them in the field
- Performs overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and reports regularly on project status
- Assigns responsibilities and mentor project team
- Cooperates and communicates effectively with project manager and other project participants to aid and technical support
- Reviews engineering deliverables and initiates appropriate corrective actions
