QUALITY ASSURANCE service guarantees Client to work in the proper way with the objective to improve or stabilize the production and associated processes, in order to avoid, or at least minimize, problems that can cause flaws of the product.
Main activity in Quality Assurance process is the VENDOR ASSESSMENT and AUDIT to support Customers in verifying the organisation, management system, infrastructure, resources, manufacturing capacity and operational control of existing or potential new vendors.

The assessment is performed (through check lists and questionnaires) by qualified professionals based on client’s specifications and International standards and is tailored to a specific vendor or a specific process with the intent to ascertain Vendor’s potentiality and their capability to satisfy the scope of work and meet the specified requirements and objectives.

The Audit main verifications are:

  • Management structure
  • Company capability (Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Production processes, Quality Control, Administration, Logistics, After Sales, etc.)
  • Vendor’s current and future workload analysis
  • Availability and status of machines, equipment and tools

QUALITY CONTROL

assures that the results of the project comply with the expectations, controlling the product to identify the presence of eventual problems.

E&IM QA/QC experts control that the quality and conformity of the materials, structures, components and systems used in the construction are as per contractual specifications, directives, laws, regulations and quality standards, valuating:

  • The organization of the activity
  • The coordination and control of the procedures and construction plans, inspections and tests
  • The definition of special processes such as welding, non-destructive tests etc. and its operators
  • The handling of product and system non-conformities, with its relative preventive and corrective actions to adopt
