VENDOR INSPECTIONS

E&IM monitors the production schedule, the conformity of goods to specific standards and codes or documents at vendors premises.
E&IM Inspectors, identifying problems in the supply process, allow the customer to avoid rework or replace costs and delay in delivery time.

E&IM validates the packing, marking and quality of goods before and during packing and loading, and takes care of loading/unloading operations of goods to secure Customer’s transport.

E&IM can perform:

• Complete inspection services, including pre-inspection meeting, intermediate inspection, final inspection and review of vendor data books;
• Intermediate inspections provided on a spot basis;
• Final Inspection services: typically performed at the end of the manufacturing process to ensure the conformity
• Resident based inspector: required to monitor the entire production process.

The product of all inspection activities is a detailed and precise report, able to reflect what has been performed during the inspection activities.
Digital pictures are also provided to enhance the report content. 
Each and every report is duly screened and checked by the assigned Project coordinator and Technical assistant before submission to the customer. 
The timely submission of the reports is a very crucial element in this process.
