PROJECT PLANNER
E&IM can provide project planners that plan and prepare production schedules for fabrication, installation, and repair of an industrial plant.
Duty of Project Planner is to:
- draw up master/discipline schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet client forecasted master schedule
- update client through client accepted/ sponsored software
- analyze production specifications and construction data and perform mathematical calculations to determine material, tools and human resource requirements for the schedule.
- plan and schedule workflow for each craft and operation according to previously established client sequences and lead times.
- plan sequence of fabrication, assembly, installation, and other operations for guidance of construction workers.
- Prepare production reports.
Planner/Scheduler confers with Client & Company management to determine status of projects and expedites operations that delay and alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
Our Project Planners are proficient with MS office products (Excel, Project, Word, Etc) and Primavera P6.
