ABQAIQ PLANT REVAMPING

E&IM reconfirmed as Expediting services provider for  Italian EPC SICIM.

Uthmaniyah project is an Aramco project with the aim  to revamp and retrofit facilities at four gas-oil separation plants at the Abqaiq oil plant facility — GOSPs 2, 3, 4 and 5, — and to reduce oil transmission pressure at the four GOSPs from 450 psi to 150 psi.

The Abqaiq is a cornerstone of Aramco’s operations and produces Arab Light Crude Oil, Arab Extra Light Crude Oil, Gas Condensate and Natural Gas Liquids (NGL).The capacity is about of 5.5 million barrels a day.

The facility provides around 5% of global oil supplies.Abqaiq plant revamp project design to finish next year 2023.
